Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Store Manager located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for daily store operations, including customer satisfaction, customer service, communication, store management, and retail loss prevention. You will work on-site to ensure the smooth functioning of the store and provide excellent service to our valued customers.

Qualifications

Exceptional customer satisfaction and customer service skills

Attending Walking customer to the store

Excellent Communication in English (Verbal & Written)

Experience in store management

Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Experience in the home decor or interior design industry is a plus

Minimum 5 Years of retail front-end sales Experience required for Asst. Store Manager and 2+ years of experience for Executive role. 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
