Responsibilities:
A- Support the Specialist – Cloud Services & Systems Management in delivering cloud based solutions by identifying and mitigating risks with technology.
B- Deliver technical know-how for the cloud services portfolio of Smart Dubai.
C- Support end users on a variety of issues relating to cloud services, identifying, diagnosing and resolving L1 level technical problems in compliance to agreed SLA’s.
D- Support troubleshooting of cloud services including investigation of the issue, root cause analysis, escalating problems to other members or vendors to ensure resolution.
E- Define performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensure that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
B- Support the Specialist – Cloud Services & Systems Management in delivering cloud based solutions by identifying and mitigating risks with technology.
C- Monitor data networks and voice services infrastructure components to ensure key performance indicator targets are achieved .
