- Area Sales Manager (Jewellery)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sales operations across all stores in the assigned territories.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Lead, motivate, and train store managers and sales teams to ensure high performance and customer service excellence.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize product mix, inventory levels, and promotional strategies.
Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand guidelines are maintained across all outlets.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams for regional campaigns, events, and product launches.
Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Build strong relationships with VIP customers and resolve customer service issues efficiently.
Work closely with HR for recruitment, training, and performance management of sales staff.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and business development strategies to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the jewellery sector.
Proven track record of managing multi-store operations in the GCC region.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-based decisions.
Willingness to travel frequently
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Present and explain jewellery pieces, materials, quality, and pricing to clients.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Handle billing, packaging, and proper documentation of sales transactions.
